My stay was quite disappointing overall. The room I was given was not only unkempt but also had a lingering odor that made it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the service was lacking, especially during an emergency situation when the electricity went out. On a positive note, the staff I encountered initially seemed polite, and the location was convenient enough for travel. However, I definitely cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, with a delightful aroma of coffee welcoming me as I entered. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, particularly Ms. Latrina, who made my stay more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although during my visit, there were some issues related to power and safety that significantly impacted my overall experience. It’s a bit disappointing that the hotel wasn’t prepared for an emergency situation, which overshadowed what could have been a great stay.

On the other hand, I encountered some significant issues with the management and overall environment that really soured the experience, making it feel unwelcoming at times.

While I appreciated the comfort of the bed, the breakfast options were unfortunately very limited, and the bathroom could use some updates.
